The 29-year-old, a composer from Zagreb, said: 'The Ferrari guy was a Slovenian tourist who had been harassing people in his car by making a lot of noise.
'It was like he was driving around purposely trying to wake up tourists with his fancy Ferrari.'
The owner, who appeared calm throughout the whole incident, owned a towing company in Slovenia and ordered one of his trucks to pull the Ferrari from the sea.

Costing £120,000 new, it was built between 2000 and 2004 and fitted with a 3.6-litre V8 engine.
The Ferrari 360 Spider can accelerate from 0-62mph in 4.5 seconds and has a top speed of 183mph.
